Wrens Teaching Staff Mrs Lay-Flurrie and Mr Harrowing

This term in Year 3 we have enjoyed getting back to teaching within the classroom.

In Science we have studied the structure of The Earth, types and formation of rocks and will start looking at volcanoes and fossils soon.

The children have shared some lovely take-home tasks and enjoyed talking about them.

In Literacy we have looked at stories from other cultures, humorous poetry and poetry which creates images.

In Maths we have focussed on the four number operations and place value.

In Theme we have walked around and mapped Toddington and discussed maps and their symbols.

We have also had great fun learning to play the P’bone and greeting each other in French.
